Ayurvedic Massage
Abhyanga is the Ayurvedic massage technique delivered by two practitioners using plenty of warm herbal oils. Their four hands lovingly and knowingly become one, delivering a massage like no other. It is a lymphatic massage designed to nourish the nervous system and mind while assisting with toxin removal. The warmed herbal oils are very grounding to your being.

Shirodhara
This wonderful treatment can stand alone, but is most enjoyed following a massage or abhyanga when your mind and body will be most relaxed and prepared to receive.
Warm, herbal oil streams over your forehead while you slip into a liquid meditation. It is deeply relaxing and dissolves accumulated stress of the mind and nervous system.
