Your two-hour initial consultation will be a time of thorough information gathering to determine your unique constitution and your current state of potential imbalances. We will discuss your overall goals for achieving health and well-being.
I will design a plan especially for you that can gradually be incorporated into your life. These 2 hours will be your time to learn more about yourself and how Ayuvedic herbs combined with specific foods can help support you on your road to better health and wellness.
