Massage and Ayurvedic Services with Kim Kinjo

 
My mission is to help you live a better quality of life using principles from Ayurveda and treating you with massage and Ayurvedic body therapies. 
 
Using the ancient tenets of Ayurveda, I will help you assess your unique constitution as well as your current imbalance. Together we will create a plan that can gradually be incorporated into your life that will bring you into - and keep you in - balance. 
 
I will assist you in putting into place tools and practices which may include dietary changes, yoga, aromatherapy, color therapy, meditation, and breathing exercises. I also can help you reduce stress using therapeutic massage, Ayurvedic massage, and the ultimate stress-reliever, the Ayurvedic body therapy "Shirodhara."
 
The path to wellness is not a quick fix. I am here to support you on your journey to a balanced life, and to help you be flexible with your choices so that you can adapt to the ever-changing circumstances that life brings.

Like two sides of the same coin, Yoga and Ayurveda are inseparable. While Yoga typically emphasizes postures and breathwork, Ayurveda provides specific, individualized guidelines for your daily life. Together, they promote healing, health, and the foundation for personal transformation. 

Through creative hands-on workshops, yoga, and cooking classes, you will learn the principles of Ayurveda, and learn how to achieve and maintain physical well-being and emotional balance. At the end of the week, you will have a personalized guide to be literally “practicing Yoga as a way of life”.
